“For change to be of any true value, it should be lasting and consistent…”

(Tony Robbins)

Jo’s role as a Change Manager totally transformed the way she viewed change in an organisation. She was working with Ernst & Young on a strategic change programme, which gave her the insight into how individuals and teams react to change, and how they choose to change.

Change feels hard - but it doesn't have to be. More often than not, organisations spend more time thinking about WHAT to change, with little or no consideration on HOW people change.

Changing skills, mindset and behaviours does not happen overnight. There is a psychology behind change, that needs to be considered in order to ensure success.

Jo will work with you to create the right environment for change, and to ensure the appropriate interventions are in place to ensure the changes can be adopted and sustained.

"Jo's real strength comes from her deep understanding of people and what it takes to get them to change their behaviour. Importantly, Jo operates in the real world rather than a land of theory, and therefore builds concrete plans that actually make a difference. Working on Britvic's Value Organisation programme, Jo created a comprehensive change plan across multiple functions, worked with a difficult and complex group of stakeholders to gain their support, and delivered it to each part of the business in a way that was meaningful for them. I would also add that Jo's personal brand of positivity and enthusiasm makes her a tremendous asset to any organisation."

Chris Hancock, Strategy Director, Britvic Soft Drinks, (FMCG).

"I have no hesitation in recommending Jo as a Change Consultant, following a very successful period of working together on a large scale commercial change programme. Jo has a natural ability to view and assess change through the eyes of the receiver, and ensure the whole team at all levels are considering how to maximise the positive impact of the change. She is able to take on new challenges without hesitation and operates effectively both within and outside her comfort zone. She brings a great balance of hard work and humour to any team."
